For SyncShow, a B2B digital marketing agency serving manufacturing, transportation & logistics, warehousing & distribution, and professional services companies, I led a full website redesign that also served as a brand refresh. The goal was to move away from a stiff, corporate feel and toward a warmer, more approachable identity, one that still communicated expertise and results but felt like a partner rather than a vendor. This meant softening the color palette, incorporating more human, candid photography of the team, and using friendlier, more conversational copy throughout the site.
Beyond the homepage, the redesign extended across key page templates, including industry-specific landing pages and service pages like HubSpot Services, each tailored to speak directly to that audience’s pain points while staying consistent with the new brand direction. Repeated use of results-driven stats, client testimonials, and case study highlights reinforces credibility, while a consistent structure across templates (value props, proof points, process breakdowns, and strong CTAs) makes the site easy to navigate and scale as new pages are added.
The end result balances SyncShow’s need to demonstrate real ROI and industry expertise with a visual and tonal identity that feels genuinely welcoming, helping the site build trust with prospects before they ever get on a call.
